Tsveta Andreeva works as Policy Officer at the European Cultural Foundation. Before that, she was in charge of the relations with intergovernmental organizations, EU affairs and CCP at the Bulgarian Ministry of Culture. She was local coordinator of the ECF/ECUMEST Policies for Culture programme. She holds MA in Social & Cultural management and is PhD Student in Cultural Economics (University of Economy in Sofia – UNWE). Expert and guest lecturer in projects and academic programs in the SEE region.
