Ugo Vlaisavljević is Full Professor of Philosophy at the University of Sarajevo, teaching Philosophy of language at the Philosophy and sociology department and Epistemology of social sciences at the Psychology department. Editor-in-chief of the journal of philosophy and social sciences Dialogue (Sarajevo) and member of editorial board of the international journal Transeuropeéennes (Paris). President of PEN club of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
